State amnesty for 417 prisoners on Prisoner's Day

On the occasion of Prisoner's Day on September 12th, freedom has been given according to the powers assigned to the President by 34th paragraph of the Constitution.

A group of inmates who were unable to pay fines and were imprisoned for minor offenses are entitled to that freedom.The prison department stated that four women were among the released prisoners.
