The district and councilor who came to steal reeds are suspended

The Beliatta Police has arrested Beliatta local council chairman Cyril Munasinghe and his brother and remanded them in custody.

The suspects were ordered to be remanded until the 3rd of next month after being presented to the Tangalle Magistrate's Court.
