A person who died was electrocuted by an unauthorized electric cable

A 59-year-old person from Pahalgama area of Aheliyagoda has died. The dead body has been deposited in Aheliagoda Hospital for post-mortem examination.

The police said that the electric wire was used to protect the paddy and vegetable crops from animals.
