Rapid increase in dengue prevalence in the country

According to the National Dengue Control Unit, there has been a rapid increase in the spread of dengue in the country in the last week.

It's reported that 1,602 patients have been diagnosed there. The highest number of patients have been identified from Gampaha district and the number is 390.

272 patients have been identified from Colombo district.
