The 3-hour power cut has been extended for today (01) and tomorrow (02).

It was mentioned that the Public Utilities Commission has given permission to the Ceylon Electricity Board to carry out a 3-hour power cut across the island today and tomorrow.

Here also for zones A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W in the afternoon for an hour and 40 minutes. And the power cut is scheduled for 1 hour and 20 minutes at night.

The power cut will be done from 1 pm to 10.30 pm.

Meanwhile, for M, N, O, X, Y, Z zones, a 3-hour power cut will be made from 5.30 am to 8.30 am, and for CC zones, a 2-hour 30-minute power cut will be made from 6 am to 8.30 am.
