A woman between the ages of 23 and 28 jumps into Atnagalu Oya

Police received information that a woman jumped into Atnagalu Oya from a bridge in Minuwangoda area of Gampaha police domain yesterday.

An eyewitness told the police that she was wearing a brown dress and was a woman of average build, about 5 feet tall. And it is assumed that she is already dead

Police lifeguard officers, Navy diving officers, Army disaster management officers and local residents have launched an operation to search for the missing woman.
