The order was given by the court to the students who destroyed the reserve

The Bandarawela Magistrates Court has ordered the release on bail of the 16 suspected school students who were arrested for setting fire to the Ella mountain range while they were at the Ella mountain range for a birthday party.

According to the order given by the court, a bail of one lakh rupees and an order to plant 10 plants per person at a selected place in Ella area.

Those students should plant plants under the supervision of Ella Police Station on Sunday 2nd of next month.
