• Submit your original music for consideration

We provide free music downloads as a service to our users. By downloading content from Desawana Music, you agree that:

• Downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You will not redistribute, sell or commercially exploit downloaded content
• You will not remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
• Downloaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective artists and labels
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific song at any time

If you submit music, lyrics, or other content to Desawana Music, you agree that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to submit it
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on our platform
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks or other rights
• You are responsible for any content you submit
• We reserve the right to reject, remove or edit any submitted content at our discretion

We do not claim ownership of content you submit. You retain all ownership rights to your original works.

The Desawana Music platform, including its design, logo, code, and original content, is owned by Desawana Music (PVT) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Property

• The Desawana Music name, logo and brand identity
• Website design, layout and user interface
• Original written content, descriptions and reviews
• Platform code and functionality

Third-Party Content

All music, lyrics, and related content belongs to the respective artists, composers, and rights holders. We host this content with permission or under applicable fair use provisions.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Scraping, crawling or automated data collection from our platform
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage our servers or services
• Uploading malware, viruses or any harmful code
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Using the platform for commercial redistribution of music
• Bypassing or circumventing any security measures
• Using automated bots to download content in bulk
• Posting false, misleading or defamatory content
• Violating any applicable Sri Lankan laws or regulations

Desawana Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• Accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform
• The security of any data transmitted through our platform

We do not guarantee that all songs listed will always be available for download. Content availability may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desawana Music and its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any content downloaded from our platform
• Interruptions or errors in our services

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free users is LKR 0).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Desawana Music at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited activities on our platform
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that should reasonably survive termination shall do so.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Desawana Music shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
